EMF meters can help you understand where exposure is coming from rather than guessing.

  • Useful for awareness

  • Not required for daily life

  • Helps identify high-exposure areas

Grounding & Earthing Tools

 

Grounding tools are often used to reconnect the body with the earth’s natural electrical charge. Some people find them helpful, while others prefer natural grounding outdoors.

3. Simple Low-Tech Alternatives

Sometimes the most effective tools aren’t the small changes you can make. Example switching from wireless headphones to wired.

4. Be Intentional With Wearable Tech

Smartwatches and fitness trackers sit directly on the body for long periods. While they can be useful, it’s worth being mindful of how often they’re worn.

Simple actions:

  • Remove wearables when not actively needed

  • Avoid sleeping with them on

  • Turn off unnecessary wireless features when possible
